Goals
Format.com build a creative space for designers and photographers. They have multiple products and they wanted us to help them with iOS and web development. The goal was to refresh existing iOS application, implement new features, fix bugs and build a deployment process. Also to build company market sites and update internal themes on the web.

Our cooperation started with an iOS application development. During this contract we updated existing iOS application, implemented few new
features and fixed a lot of major and minor bugs. Among other things we upgraded application structure and architecture, made it stable and
built a market deployment process. We achieved all this with a single iOS developer and a project manager on the BrainCode side.
After we successfully finished this contract we switched to the web development. With two frontend developers and a project manager we
build and published decades of marketing sites and internal themes (a part of the main product).

Brainjobs.pl was our own journey in online marketplace industry. The goal was to connect polish IT talent with companies looking for tech talent. Companies had only two choices if they were looking for talent: job boards and recruiting agencies. Our goal was to give them a third middle option.
